"Sa Gravera". Large garden with pool

Comfortable, spacious and in the middle of a beautiful Mediterranean landscape. It sounds like a fabulous holiday home, doesn't it? Especially if you appreciate a quiet rural location with absolute privacy.

The villa "Sa Gravera de Sa Barrala" is located in the south of the island on a large estate with a beautiful garden.

Families with children will certainly feel at home here. The garden lawn offers a perfect space to play and the pool next to the house is an invitation for splashing and swimming. Parents can keep an eye on their little ones from the covered terrace, or from the sun loungers around the pool. Knowing that exercise will make you hungry, the barbecue will help you prepare all kinds of meals, which you can enjoy at the dining table overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a seating area on another covered terrace in front of the house, ideal for a coffee at any time of the day. If you wish to sunbathe, the roof terrace on the upper floor is the place to be.

The house's interior is bright and cheerful. Sunny white and tan walls and large windows give the house a summery brightness that pervades the whole house. The furniture is a mixture of useful rustic, modern and traditional elements that will immediately make you feel at home. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious entrance area, a living room with a huge sofa and a dining room with a large wooden table. In addition, on this same floor and fully accessible for people with reduced mobility, we have 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and three bathrooms. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

You can explore the surrounding area on foot or by bicycle: The typical landscape of southern Mallorca is mainly agricultural and emanates peace and serenity. Just 9 km away you will find Campos, a town mainly dedicated to cattle breeding, caper cultivation and cheese production. It is well known for its market (every Thursday and Saturday), where you can buy local products and traditional specialities.

Livestock farming, caper growing and cheese production are the main activities in the surroundings of the municipality. The local delicacies in the excellent restaurants, tapas bars and cafés are not to be missed and allow yourself to be absorbed by the atmosphere away from the crowds.  The sandy beach of Ses Covetes or the bay of Es Freu de Ses Covetes, both set in a unique natural setting of turquoise waters and white sand, are perfect for a day at the beach.

The covered terraces offer plenty of space to sit, relax and spend time, and on the upper floor another roof terrace offers excellent views of the surroundings. Ses Covetes beaches are easily accessible by rental car, only 4 km away.

Up to 2 Baby Sets consisting of cot and high chair (4€/set/night) are available in this villa on request. Check-in from 16:00 onwards. Check-out must be before 10:00 am.
